My wife is facing intercourse problem due to vaginal dryness some times there are scratches in vagina for which burning sensation occurs after passing urine. She is having diabetes and also aged about 48 years. which cream should be used before intercourse

Vaginal dryness can be due to uncontrolled diabetes ,approaching menopause or anxiety. First try and make out the reason . Be very disciplined in controlling Diabetes. If she has menopausal symptoms , estrogen vaginal cream will help . Help her relax and enjoy the act. Vary the foreplay methodology to enhance pleasure.
