Yesterday we left to drive home for the holidays. It s a ten hour drive. About an hour into the drive, I had to pee. Immediately felt like I needed to go again. This went on for most of the drive home. Then at the last stop it began to feel painful right at the end of the stream. Has progressively gotten worse to where now it feels like I am peeing needles right at the end. I am a 45 year old healthy female. The only store we have had AZO which I have taken twice (although it does only say to take once a day). First dose about 10 hours ago. Second about 2 hours ago. Urine has not changed colors but I have noticed a couple of times some reddish strings . Anything I can do for this at home--don t want to waste an ERs time on something that doesn t seem life threatening.
