Suggest Home Remedy For Lightheadedness And Severe Headache

My husband feels light headed and bad headache. Not real unusual because he is semi retired drywall and painting contractor who has been working in heat. He has physical appointment for Aug 10th so will see Dr then and have it checked. Is there an at home remedy like ice on neck or rest.

Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns. Your husband has a headache and light headedness. For home treatment I recommend using heat or ice to his head and take ibuprofen or tylenol for the pain. Caffeine may also help reduce some headaches.
