General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I suggest you to take ibuprofen every 6 hours to relieve pain and fever. The best solution is to do a blood test, urine test and abdominal ultrasound. Maybe you have stone in your urinary tract. It is important to take liquids, cranberry tea but not when you are in extreme pain. You may need antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
