Suggest Effective Treatment For Pulmonary Tuberculosis

I ve already done 9mos treatment of both upper lung PTB, last month i undergone follow up xray, it state that PTB, Right Fibrotic Right Upper Lobe. Then after a month i undergo again an xray for pre employment purpose, the result was PTB, Right upper lobe with undertermined activity. What does it means? Do i need to undergo treatment again?

I can understand your concern.
No, you should not start anti tubercular drugs again.
Pulmonary tuberculosis after treatment heals by fibrosis, calcification or fibro calcified lesions.
These lesions are Scar lesions. They will remain as it is through out the life.
So what you are having at present in your pre employment chest x ray are nothing but healed, inactive, fibrotic Scar lesions.
No treatment is required for them as they are not active infectious lesions.
