Suggest Effective Treatment For Anti-mag Neuropathy

I have a diagnosis of anti mag neuropathy which is progressing . I have lost smell (still can taste); bowel & bladder issues; hands & feet biggest problem with walking, writing etc. I had a series of chemo several years ago & am now on gabapentin. I also have epilepsy ; heart issues etc. I guess my question is for the neuropathy that causes me the most discomfort. Are there any new treatments?

I really appreciate your concern, with the multiple medical issues or disease some nonspecific symptoms are likely, you have not specify what kind of neuropathy is this, it may not be the case if not seen by the neurologist, till then you can try Vitamin B12 and no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
