When a 6 year old boy gets vomiting and diarrhea, you may please give Ondem syrup for control of vomiting, Syrup Nutrolin-B for the loose motions as it helps in controlling the the balance of the normal commensals and opportunist bacteria. Mintonia is just a tonic and you can certainly give it. If you know the dosages for sure, then only give the medicines otherwise it is best to consult a Doctor as he will need medicines for loose motions too. Send the stool sample for tests and if there is an evidence of infection, he will need an antibiotic active against intestinal infection. Maintain a proper hydration and electrolyte balance by giving proper solutions. If Ondem does not stop vomiting, he may need intravenous fluid and electrolyte replacement. Give boiled and cooled water and home-made fresh foods.
