Suggest Dosage Of Taxim-O For Excessive Sneezing, Nasal Congestion And Cough

Hello Doctor,my one and half year old was suffering from sneezing and blocked nose for last two days.Now she is persistently coughing during her sleep espcly in night.But no sneezing is there now.Can I give her Taxim O syrup?(suggested by our fmly doc when she had the same before) so pls suggest me the dosage.Eagerly looking for your advice.Thanks

if baby has fever u can if there isnt fever u shouldn't give it
follow as ur pediatrician says
