Hello, Both Dolo 650 (Paracetamol) and levocitrizine are for symptomatic treatment of a viral fever which is self limiting. Dolo can be taken 4 to 6 hours interval if there is fever. If the fever persists or you have additional symptoms like yellow sputum or burning pain on passing urine, you should see the doctor again and do tests . It is likely to be a bacterial infection which may need antibiotics. You are welcome to ask if there are more queries. Get well soon. Dr. Noble Zachariah
