General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Cyclopam should be given in the dose of 0.5 mg per kilogram body weight three times a day. The age of the child has not been mentioned. Avoid the drug if the child is less than 6 months age. Paracetamol syrup can be used instead along with colic aid drops.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
