Suggest Dosage For Misoprostol And Mifepristone

Is it compulsory to insert inside vagina 2 tab Misoprostol 200gm after taking 1Mifepristone (D1) n 2 Misoprostol tab (day 3) if bleeding is continue smoothly? Or can it be take orally the another 2tab the next day? Bcoz i feel uncomfort n scare to insert it. I m approx 36days pragnent. Pliz reply today

Hi welcome to health care magic...

For medical abortion two tablet used in combination....

On day 1 oral mifepristone given orally 600 mg dose....

This will detached embryo from endometrial lining...
Than after 72 hour on day 3 misoprostol given for expulsion... It preferably given vaginally 400 ug dose. ...But orally Also can be taken....

Than after few hours to three days bleeding occurs and conception product expelled..
If needed dose of misoprostol can be repeated...

But these all should done under supervision of gynecologist.... And prescription of gynecologist...
