Dear Doctor, I HAVE TAKEN MEPRATE TABLET FOR MENOPASS PROBLEM AS ADVICE D BY DOCTOR TO STOP THE PERIOD BUT I HAVE TAKEN ONE TABLET YESTERDAY NIGHT THE SAME NIGHT PERIOD HAS COME WEATHER IT IS CORRECT OR NOT. WEATHER I WILL CONTINUE OR NOT AGE IS 48 YEARS

I studied your case Meprate is basically a hormone drug to induce menstruation
Doctors usually prescribe Meprate to reduce menopause symptoms such as hot flashes. There may be occasional bleeding after taking Meprate. So if there is relief in menopause symptoms you can continue the drugs. If bleeding continues for more than 3-4 days or excessive bleeding. You should stop drug and get your USG done.
