Suggest Dosage For Celexa

I have been on 40 mg of celexa for about 15 yrs. Lately I feel like the medication is not working as well as it once did. Is it safe to increase the dosage? I have tried taking both wellbutrin and visterol with the celexa and neither of them helped.
