Does Celexa Cause Heart Dysfunction?

I just learned that Celexa has iatrogenic effects in terms of increasing heart problems. My daughter took Celexa for 2 years and did not experience such side effects. She has just resumed taking Celexa due to the onset of a severe panic disorder a few months ago. With Celexa, do heart problems increase with time? Would Paxil have such effects.
