Suggest Diet While Suffering From Hernia

I was diagnosed with Crohn s in 1994. In 1996, I had most of my colon, along with rectum and anus removed. I ve been in remission since then. In 2011, I had my first parastomal hernia surgery and am currently experiencing my 4th parastomal hernia. Because of my stoma, I can t eat certain foods and because of hernias, I can t do most exercises. What do you recommend for weight loss? What type of diet should I try to follow?

As per your history, in case of hernia, you can take light food in small quantity. take for every 4 to 5 hours but in small quantity. Avoid non veg food. kindly consult with surgeon for detailed examination and treatment. Take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
