Suggest Diet To Replace Becosules And Calcimax

I have been adviced to take Tab- Becosules, calcimax once a day and nervijen plus injuction once a day, I am not very comfortable with these medication, could you suggest me what is diet I need to follow so that I can avoid taking these medicines.I am vegetarian but okay with Egg... usually I consume Wheat roti Tur dal, vegetables and Rice, banana, one Egg curds. Thanks

Milk is a good source of calcium. You can drink a glass of milk everyday. You can consume more fruits like apple, orange and pomegranate along with banana. You can always include any other variety of fruits of your choice, as they would help in supplying vitamins. Include more pulses and cereals in your diet. Also, vegetable salads would help to provide many essential vitamins.
