Suggest Diet Plan For Patient With Uric Acid Problem And High ESR Problem

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...my aunt age is 48 years she is suffering from high esr prblm,uric acid prblm ,headache ,prespitation in head,digestion prblm also..i want to know what kind of preacaution she should use?what kind of diet plan she shud take?

Hello dear,
Following are advice for you problem
1. Reduce the body weight if you are overweight by cutting down calories, it also decrease burden on your joint
2. Take complex carbohydrate: lot of fruits, vegetables and whole grains
3. Drink plenty of waters that decrease chance of gout attack
4. Cut back on saturated fats: like red meats, fatty poultry and dairy products
5. Limit daily proteins from lean meat, fish
6. Avoid following things
- asparagus, spinach, peas, cauliflower or mushrooms
- meats such as liver, kidney and sweetbreads
- Alcohol
- sea food.
