Suggest Diet Plan For Irregular Menstruation
Hello doctor, i am eva and 33 years.I did not get my periods and very irregular periods due to follicular ovarian cyst in my left ovary with 16mm. Doctor gave me a Novelon tablet and Q Gold F tablet. Please help can it be curable naturally. What kind of diet should i have to get rid of this cyst.

Avoid soya foods.
If you eating meat then only organic meat taken.
Use natural detergent for washing cloths.
Best herbal remedy to regular cycle and to treat cyst is Actaea racemosa root.
Iodine and enzyme tablets also helpful.
Take more friuts.
Drink more water.
