Suggest Diet Plan For A Person Suffering From Gall Stone

what kinds of foods can i eat? for gallstone diet? can i have bread, bagels, salad, raw celery, carrots pasta, what about defficated tea? Breakfast foods such as toast ,oatmeal , gritts and cream of wheat? would it be alright to eat these things. I was told to stay away from meats, sodas dairy food, is this correct and choc .I'm not to sure what i can have? can you suggest thing i can eat?

You are advised you to follow a low-fat diet because bile secreted by gall bladder is essential for digestion of fat. Following steps should be taken
1.You should divide your meal into smaller part, heavy diet should be avoided at a time. Your diet should not be “fat free”, a small amount of fat is needed by the body.
2.Use Grilled, boiled, baked, foods instead of fried food
3.Make sure that your diet also contains plenty of fresh, frozen or tinned fruit and vegetables.
4.You should also eat your normal amounts of bread, cereals, pasta, rice and potatoes.
5. Fatty and processed meat such as sausages, corned beef,beefburgers, meat pies, and tinned meat should be avoided. Red meat (if all visible fat is removed),Chicken,White fish, can be taken instead.
6.If you find any specific foods that trigger pain, you should avoid these foods.
