General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your diet plan seems to be perfect and you can continue with it. In the afternoon I suggest you take only three chapatis instead of four. Don't take rice if you are eating a vegetable.

Additionally, I suggest you do regular exercise. Avoid a sedentary lifestyle. You should rule out hypothyroidism also because it is one of the causes of obesity.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
