Suggest Diet For High Sugar Levels
Hello my son just left his pediatrician and he had Wendy s nuggets fries and a juice he went in fro frequent urination so she checked blood suagr which was 140 after finger stick..Dr says it s not normal but he just ate so bring back tomoro fasting..should it even be that high even if he did eat...i checked mine after eating and it was under 100 i am a bit WORRIED!!!! He is 5 years old

there is nothing to be panic. check his fasting blood sugar levels and postprandial sugar levels hopefully he might not be a diabetic. if you still have doubt that he might be in a pre diabetic state check his hba1c levels... now a days it is becoming a diagnostic test. hope this explains
