Hi Dear, You can go for complex carbohydrates like whole grain and multi grain cereals because it absorbs gradually and not to rise blood glucose abruptly.google the low glycemic index food, away from sugary stuffs.. Or can have in limit and go for brown rice instead of white rice. You need to have 25-30 gm fibre per day which helps to stablise your sugar. So easy go for low GI vegetables and fruits, whole pulses, nuts, skimmed dairy, chicken, fish, egg white.Actually you need to consider portion sizes and 5-6 frequent meals and have 7-8 glass of water per day at least. If you feel dizzyness during exercise then stop the exercise have some instant carbs like simple sugar or glucose buiscuit it may be indication of hypoglycemia. Have walk daily.
Hope I have answered your query Best wishes
