Hello,

The increased ESR and lymphocytes could be related to a viral infection or inflammation. There is no special food to reduce lymphocytes and ESR. Anyway, I would recommend food rich in vitamin C and zinc like lemon, orange, etc. Echinacea supplements can help help reinforce your immune system.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
