Welcome to HCM. I understand your concern.

After reading your question carefully I can give you the following advises:
- You have to be on low purine diet
- Restrict the amount of red meat in your diet as well as the amount of protein
- Avoid foods rich in purines such as liver, kidneys and seafood
- Avoid binge drinking of alcohol and limit alcohol consumption to 21 units per week, with at least two alcohol-free days a week
- Drink up to 2 litres of water a day to avoid dehydration, unless advised not to because you are taking certain medication
- Drink skimmed milk or consume low-fat dairy products up to twice a day
- Limit your consumption of sugary drinks and snacks.

Foods low in purine:Dairy such as milk, cheese, yoghurt and butter, Eggs, Breads and cereals (but not wholegrain), Pasta and noodles.

Foods high in purine (avoid): Offal such as liver, kidneys, heart and sweetbreads, Game such as pheasant, rabbit and venison, Oily fish including anchovies, herring, mackerel, sardines, sprats, whitebait and trout
Seafood such as mussels, crab, shrimps and other shellfish, fish roe and caviar, Meat and yeast extracts, including Marmite, Bovril and commercial gravy, as well as beer.
