Suggest Cure For Sickness In The Stomach

my girlfriend is having symptoms of nausea, bloating and fatigue. she threw up once yesterday. she went with her family to go eat at a restaraunt this past weekend. her sister has been having diharrea ever since. i think it might be food poisoning but she says she might be pregnant, which is very unlikely in my part because the last time we had sex was right before her last period, which occurred last month.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms of your girlfriend seem to be related to food poisoning. I recommend her to take daily probiotics.

I suggest her to drink water, broth, or an electrolyte solution, which will replace the minerals that you lose with vomiting and diarrhoea. I suggest her to eat small amounts of bland, nonfatty foods such as toast, rice, and crackers.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
