My daughters that are 3.5 and 1 have red bumps on there bodies.The 3 year old has them around her anus they are red and have a white tip only one has a white head like a zit the rest are just and raised.My 1 year old has them on her face they are on her right side of face on cheek and my 3 year old has one under her eye on face also...
