General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The premature greying of hair is most of the times related to immune mediated changes in the system with secondary manifestations and not hereditary. Minor number of cases do respond to supplements of zinc, magnesium and multi vitamins, minerals; but majority of the cases are irreversible and hence can not be cured.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
