Suggest Cream For Black Spots On Arms And To Stop Itching The Same

I had a bad rash come over my arms and my left arm became swollen and my skin itches. the sores that got well now left dark spots but it has retirn still over my arms with knots on them so Ive been taking benedrly pills and crème. how can I stop this so I begin to use some trype of crème for the dark spots that is left on me and stop itching?? Please Help!!!

6 hourly .
@ Both will take care of black spots and itching with anti-oxidant , anti-
inflammatory actions .
# keep the part clean with antiseptic liquids , gentle sponging no harsh
rubbing
# wear loose , cotton , clean clothes
# avoid exposure to excess heat
# balanced nutritious diet to heal it better way
# need of systemic molecules as antibiotics, anti-histaminics , anti-fungal
