hello sir I m 26years old male my sugar level before meal is 111 my sugar level after meal is 184 I am taking gemer gp1 forte in the morning before having anything and I m taking glimy m(850) before dinner and forts-b after dinner is that the right dosage for me??

Hello there! Your fasting glucose is 111 while your PP glucose is 184. Better control is just around the corner for you. Keep your DIET in check.Take Gemer GP1 Forte around 15-20 minutes before breakfast & NOT too early in the morning. Take a brisk 30-45 min WALK at least 5 times a week. Continue with Glimy M850 at dinner time. Follow this schedule rigorously for 15-20 days. Your
blood glucose should register a decline. If not it'll be time to relook at your drug
management. All the best!
