Suggest Cause For Hard Stools With Pain & Blood Post Diarrhea

Hello Doc!I am 29 yr male weighing 70 kgs and 5'11 ft.2 weeks back I had diarohhea and got treated for it.Since then my stools have become hard and i get unbearable pain to pass it out.I even get blood at times when i try hard.What shouls i do now?Whom(specialist) shall i approach

I really appreciate your concern, it is the constipation less water intake and fiber diet could be the cause of this, I would suggest to drink more water and have more fiber containing diet along with this you can even try some Isabgol powder be patience it may take some time to come around hope this information helps.
