Suggest Cause And Remedy Itchy Vagina

My wife has had an itchy vaginal area for some time now, esp at night. there were small pimples with white tips. Not viewed lately. She says it was from a recent Brazilian? Something tells me otherwise because she has been having Brazilians for many 15 years. She is 57 and ending menopause.

Hello

Itching in vagina is commonly due to fungal infection(candida) etc.
Your wife may need clinical examination and further tests.
She may need routine hemogram, random blood sugar, urine RE/ME,culture of discharge(if there is any),etc.
She may need specific drugs for fungus(candida is most common) like clotrimazole.
Clotrimazole tablet(100 mg) of vaginal use can be taken. One tablet is to be inserted deep inside the vagina at night for six consecutive nights.
She may also need perineal wash.
Urinary tract infection should also be confirmed.

Get well soon.
Take Care
