Hi

You seem to have developed a superficial skin wound .
Keep the affected area clean and dry .
Since you have never received a tetanus shot ,it is important that you see a nearby doctor and get one soon .
Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the lesion twice daily.
