Suggest Burning Sensation In Mouth

Hi,
My mom-in-law(aged around 75 yrs) is facing a typical problem since past 10-12 years. She always complain of burning sensation in her mouth & throat and refuses to eat her daily diet properly sometime she vomit also. Taking antacid tabs do not of any use also. She always complain of a facial muscle cramp from right side of her face till shoulder. She appears to have cold and always try to suck the phlegm from her nose but do not have any running nose & never sneezes. Her chest x-ray does not show any abnormality. She has slightly higher BP and no sugar problem. Now she is under a psychiatrist but the medicines given by the doctor always keeps her drowsy. Kindly advice.

Welcome to H C M
For drowsiness caused by medicines you discuss with your doctor he would solve your problem.
Take a opinIon of a physician he would make the diagnosis after full examination.
