Suggest Best Suitable Birth Control For A Woman With PSVT And Hypertension

I m wondering about my options for birth control. I am a 38 y/o recently diagnosed with psvt and hypertension. I have been on depo provera for 9 months but have also been diagnosed with bone thinning so I no longer wish to use this option. Is there a better option for me? I understand as a smoker over 35 that oral contraceptives are also not an option.

Best option for birth control in ahypertensive and psvt patient is if ihave to suggest a patient i will advice use of condom. For treatment of psvt and hypertension if i have to treat i will suggest tab metoprolol, dose have to be adjusted according to relief and rate of PULSE. Of course low salt ,no fried no oils good exvercise
