Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Bystolic is a brand name of Nebivolol. It belongs to group of anti hypertensives called beta blocker. You can try cheaper brands of Nebivolol, like Nebilet. I’m not so sure whether they are available at your nearby market or not. You can also use cheaper alternatives, like Atenolol after discussing with your physician.

Wishing you good health.

Thanks.
