Suggest An Alternative Medicine To Reduce The Blood Pressure

I am 37 years old and having a blood pressure of 160/110. My local physician gave me tab eritel am and prescribed me to continue for whole life. He also told me to walk everyday at least 1 hour/day. My lipid profile and kidney profiles are good. But I do not want to take medicine for blood pressure. What should I do?
