Suggest Alternative Medicine For Arthritis

I have pelvic floor dysfunction with pain in the rectum. I am being treated with physical therapy, and a compound suppository containing ketamine and other drugs. Even so the pain can be relentless . I am a 77 year old woman. I also have autoimmune diseases such as psorias & psoriatic arthritis and fibromyalgia . Now to my question. Do you think a biologic would help?

Before going in for biologics, routine medicines, may be tried for fibromyalgia and arthritis unless there is some contraindication due to your physical causes or intolerance, which your examining doctor or a rheumatologist may like to review so it shall be safer for consultation first. Alternative medications only if otherwise.
pregablins,methycobalamine,methotrexate amitryptaline may be first line drugs unless your doctor agrees that you may take them and can tolerate as per liver,kidney functions
biologics can also be started in conjunction with or without these
