Hello, * As per my clinical experience, the cause of fever has to be treated rather than suppressing with crocin, which will give transient relief only. * The root cause may be of concern with bacterial or viral infection of the gut or respiratory tract most likely. * Kindly get her checked with her pediatrician for prescription of antibiotic syrup as cefixime or others for better and consistent control of the vomiting as well as fever. * Till that time, tepid sponging with cologn water will help her for sure over and above the paracetamol intake.
