Suggest Allergy Medication For Sore And Painful Nose With Nasal Drips
I figure it is allergies. They get worse for me every year. The inside of my nose is sore and hurts. My nose drips lightly during the day but dries out at night. Is it bad to put Vaseline inside my nose to sooth it? What would be the best allergy medicine to try?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have sore and painful nose with nasal drips which is due to upper respiratory tract infection , sinusitis or common cold. The symptoms can also occur due to allergic rhinitis. I would suggest you to take few preventive measures such as you should take cough expectorants and anti histamine like benadryl . You should use throat lozenges and go rinses with warm saline water. You should Chew a Vitamin C pellet. Take decongestants and mucolytic agents. Avoid cold carbonated beverages. Take diet rich in vitamin B12. You should take antibiotics such as Levofloxacin or Azithromycin for 5-7 days. You should get blood test done. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
