Suggest A Remedy For Tingling Pain And Swelling On Nape

I have severe neck pain on the back where that ball is located. It is worse when I use the computer and I have had it for years. Before my husband would be able to rub it out because It would be swollen and that would help but now when it hurts if I touch it I get this shooting hot tingling pain that is unbearable.

hi.

noted history of neck pain. it may be postural or due to too much strain from work. nerve compressions must also be ruled out. it is best if you consult with a doctor for physical examination and clinical evaluation. diagnostics (such as xray, MRI) and management will be directed accordingly. analgesics, lukewarm compression and neck exercise/PT may temporarily help relief/alleviate your pain.

hope this helps.

good day!!
