hi.

noted history of abdominal pain associated with belching. it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a gastroenterologist or a general surgeon, for physical examination and clinical evaluation. acid related diseases are considered; gallbladder/biliary tree pathologies must be ruled-out. diagnostics (such as ultrasound, liver function tests, possible endoscopy) and management (medical and/or surgical if indications are found) will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
