Suggest A Good Face Cream That Help Relieve Pimples

Last month 1st time I did banjaras gold facial..... After that I have more pimples now.....my frnd said to use cosmolite to recover from spots n pimples n I used twice only....is it good for my face or I should stop using that n suggest a good face cream because I am using vicco cream n savlon soap.....plz give some suggestions

hi..you have pimples and spots on face COSMOLITE cream is good for that.
it contains all the drugs which are found in other anti acne ointments.
so no need to change it..
just apply it on pimples and spot areas and avoid sun exposure.
