my name is reema doctor told as for a test tube baby.my age is 24 years old and my 6 treatments were failed. in one treatment my pregnancy level was 177 but after two days misscarriaged.my periods are regular.i have a pcod.i want to know that which foods i shold eat to more growth of my registerns power.please give me foods name

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion PCOD is routinely seen these days.It is one of the treatable causes of infertility.As you are young there is scope for pregnancy.Ovulation induction drugs along with intrauterine insemination might be helpful.It can be tried upto 4-6 cycles.Test tube baby is the last resort.So I suggest you to adapt healthy lifestyle like exercise daily and healthy nutritional diet like fruits,vegetable.Avoid junk food.Avoid stress as it delays infertility.
