Suffering From Stomach Pain And Diarrhea. Medication?
I am 24 years old man.one day before I felt pain from stomach ,then I went to toilet but that time loose motion is very high then fine,one or two hour after again felt pain & again loose motion ,I can not eat anything because there is no digestion but actually I do not feeling vomiting-can you give prescription now kindly doctor

It seems you are having Gastroenteritis.
Take Ciprofloxacillin,metrogyl combination tablet ( Ciplox TZ )
Take anti spasmodic tablet for pain ( Cyclopam or Meftal spas )
Take plenty of water and light diet.
