hi doctor iam 28 years old male , and iam suffering from many sexuak issues such ad premature ejaculation , bend penis , pain in the penis, siemen leakage after urine ...etc. I have been masterbating since 10 to 15 years and from last 1 year iam facing severe hair loss ..doctor i have been married before 2 months and due to PE iam not able to enjoy my sexual life..kinly please suggest me remedies

involve in more fore-play. use partner-on-top position for the next one month and donot worry about anything else. pls revert back.
