Suffering From Loss Of Hair. Using Onion Juice. What Should I Do?

Sir I have been loosing my hair from last five year back..my hair is became too thin nw..I had endura mass i think I am loosing my hair becausr of it..docter I heard Trichozed tablet is trichozed it trichoton both are same? What should I do to prevent hair loss..?plssss suggest some remedy..i am also applying onion juice on hair daily but result found yet..
