Suffering From Interstitial Lung Disease With Right Pulmonary Artery Failure,taking Penegra But Not Satisfied With The Treatment
chronic interstitial lung disease with right pulmonary artery failure. legs swelling and patient in on oxygen 2lts/hr since 6 months not recovering. on tab penegra, fruselac and omocortil. pls suggest me for further evaluation.

It is a chronic deteriorating lung condition.No cure, pt can not be cured.Patient
has already reach the stage of pulmonary hypertension, advanced stage.The drugs
basically required are all being use ie diuretic steroids and penegra to reduce
pulmonary hyper tension.Except for alteration in drug dose as per need nothing more is left out. except oxygen and antiotic on need can be used. Thanks
