Suffering From High Blood Pressure. How To Control It?
I m a church musician who was under a group health plan; the staff was downgraded and therefore I was no longer on the group plan. I suffer from High Blood Pressure and now that it is hard to find an individual plan that I can afford, I m left without health insurance. Are there any services offered for someone in my situation?

Thanks for your health concerns. Ask your local county office about health programs for the underserved, since they can provide prescriptions at a lower cost (for examples generic supply of a medication for one month at $4 or so) and reduced fee for physician visits.
