Suffering From Harsh Cough, Phlegm, Breathing Problem. What Medicines Can I Take?

Good Evening Everyone, I am 25 M, i am suffering from harsh cough and phlegm and phlegm is too much, if i eat something in the evening i feel like vomiting and had from last 2-3 days even sometimes i had a breathing problem as well while coughing. Some one suggests me : Mucinac 600 Mg Glevo 500 Mg Celin 500 Mg Aquasol A Kindly Suggest whether its right or not. Manu Mittal 0000
