Suffering From Chronic Avascular Necrosis Of The Hips, Will Switching To The Marinol Better Pain Relief?

I suffer from chronic avascular necrosis of the hips. I ve had this dreaded, painful disease since I was about 49. I take oxycontin and percocet every day of my life. I would like to get off the medication but can t because of the intense pain. I d like to weigh out the pro and con if I switched to Marinol. Would I get the same or better pain relief and get of the opioids if I switched to the Marinol. I m hoping you might have some expertise in this area.
